By booking, renting, or using any inflatable or rental equipment from Haldimand Bouncy Castle Inc., you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing a reservation.

1. Business Information

2. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.

  • Full payment is due before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices include standard delivery, setup, and takedown unless stated otherwise.

  • Additional fees may apply for:

    • Long-distance delivery

    • Extended rental time

    • Special setup requirements

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled event will receive a full refund or booking credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may result in loss of deposit.

  • Weather-related cancellations due to rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

4. Delivery & Setup Requirements

You agree to provide:

  • Clear and safe access to the setup location

  • A flat, stable surface (grass preferred)

  • A standard power outlet within 50 feet of the setup area

  • Adequate space for the selected inflatable

We reserve the right to refuse setup if the area is unsafe, does not meet requirements, or poses a risk to participants or equipment.

5. Safety Rules & Supervision

  • A responsible adult supervisor (18 years or older) must be present at all times while the inflatable is in use.

  • No shoes, food, drinks, gum, sharp objects are allowed inside the inflatable.

  • No flips, wrestling, climbing on walls, or rough play.

  • Do not exceed the posted weight or participant limits.

Failure to follow safety rules may result in immediate shutdown of the inflatable without refund.

6. Weather Policy

  • Inflatable units must not be used in high winds, heavy rain, or thunderstorms.

  • If unsafe weather occurs during your rental, turn off the blower and evacuate the inflatable immediately.

  • Haldimand Bouncy Castle Inc. is not responsible for interruptions or cancellations caused by weather conditions.

7. Damage & Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the inflatable and equipment from the time of setup until takedown.

  • Any damage beyond normal wear and tear (including but not limited to tears, burns, stains, water damage, or missing parts) will be charged to the renter.

  • Do not move, relocate, or adjust the inflatable after it has been set up.

8. Liability Waiver

By renting and using our equipment, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with inflatable use.

You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Haldimand Bouncy Castle Inc., its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of the rented equipment.

9. Cleaning & Sanitation

  • All inflatables are cleaned and sanitized before each rental.

  • If excessive cleaning is required after your event, a cleaning fee may be applied.

10. Late Returns & Overtime

  • Rentals are for the agreed-upon time period only.

  • Late returns or extended use may result in additional hourly charges.

  • We reserve the right to retrieve equipment at the scheduled pickup time.

11. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, if aggressive or inappropriate behavior occurs, or if these terms are not followed.

12. Photos & Marketing

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Haldimand Bouncy Castle Inc. may use photos of our equipment at your event for promotional purposes. No personal identification will be used.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

14. Agreement

By placing a booking or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
